clockworkSee my earlier comments on volume one, Agatha H. and the Airship City.  I don’t think it’s possible to jump into the middle of this series. Better to start there.

Agatha has escaped from the Castle Wulfenbach and has joined the circus. But the Baron is still after her, the circus is not all that it appears, and they are is approaching the castle of the Storm King where even more enemies await.

Sinister worshipers, demented warriors, mind-control machines, plotting siblings – basically, if things weren’t complicated enough for you at the end of Airship City, they probably will be by the end of Clockwork Princess. Clearly this is going to be one of those series where things only get worse in each book, and Agatha is lucky to only escape with her life.

Good, but not as engrossing as the first volume. I took a break and finished two other books while reading this one.
